Terry Kavanaugh is a seasoned M&A strategist with over 20 years of experience driving growth and value creation for middle-market technology and business services companies. As the Founder and Managing Director of Lumari Capital, Terry has advised on over 40 transactions, working with global leaders like Accenture, IBM, Wipro, and private equity funds. His expertise spans deal structuring, negotiation, and strategic positioning, delivering superior outcomes for clients.
Before founding Lumari Capital, Terry served as Managing Director at Technology Holdings, where he led transformative transactions for 14 years. He also co-founded HoodFind, a social media company empowering small-to-medium businesses with digital marketing solutions. His diverse background includes roles in corporate development, professional services, and technology innovation, giving him a unique perspective on the intersection of people, processes, and technology.

Rahul has over 17 years of experience advising mid-market technology and digital services companies on M&A and growth financing. He has closed 30+ transactions, across 5 continents, with an aggregate transaction value exceeding $2 billion. Rahul has significant experience across multiple areas of the technology ecosystem, including cloud, consulting, enterprise software, IT services, data science, design & engineering, digital marketing and security.
Prior to co-founding Lumari Capital, Rahul was a Managing Director at Oberon Securities, where he provided sell-side M&A and growth financing advisory exclusively to technology and digital services companies. He has also held similar roles at Technology Holdings, Corporate Finance Advisors, and Avendus Capital. Rahul’s educational background in computer science engineering and finance (MBA) enables him to understand both the technological and business aspects of a company.
